1. Store Hashes on Blockchain

2. Mining

Wait until the transaction has been mined in a block. On average, this takes 3 minutes, but it can vary significantly.


3. Document Revision

3a. With Transaction ID

Select the same file to start the revision. In this process, the hashes are loaded from the blockchain and compared with the current hashes.

3b. With Index Hash

In this example we have stored an index hash. This allows a document revision without transaction ID.

The web browser calculates the index hash again and starts a blockchain search for it. If transactions were found, they will be listed. Otherwise, you will see a message like neither an address nor a document.
